About Our School

Deoria Senior Secondary School, Deoria (Formerly: Deoria Girls College, Deoria), administered by Dr. Girish Naraian Gupta and looked after by Deoria Girls College Trust, is a premier English medium school of Eastern Uttar Pradesh. The school is the fulfilment of the long-cherished dream of Dr. G. N. Gupta and the response of the people of Deoria here to render quality education studying. This school was established with 35 girl’s students of class - VII in 2003. The school got NOC from the State Government on 30th July 2004 and affiliation to the CBSE Board AISCE in 2004. In 2005, class IX was started and the first batch of Class-X passed out in 2006-07 with 100% result. With a sole motive to improvise the education system of our city and around, Intermediate section was launched in 2007 and the first batch of class-XII passed out in 2008-09. Presently the school is running classes from 1st to class-XII (with Science, Commerce & Humanity Stream). The school is fully Air condition.
