NOTICE REGARDING REGISTRATION

• The academic year of the school is from April to March. Admissions are taken in March.
• Applications to other classes will be entertained only at the instance of vacancies in that class, which will be announced in 2nd week of February. The process of admission will have completed or about on 25th of March and classes will start from 1st April.
• The prospectus along with registration form will be available from the school office during the prescribed hours and also form school website. The application form can be downloaded from school website (www.dssschool.edu.in)
• A fee of Rs. 1000/- is charged for Registration. This amount is non – refundable and no claim should be made if the child does not qualify.
• Registration does not Guarantee Admission, it will be subject to merit and availability of seats.

REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRATION

• A transfer certificate to the previous school attached.
• Registration depends on availability of seats; admission will be strictly on the basis of the written test /interview/ Merit.
• The presence of the parents of the student to be admitted is compulsory at the time of admission. No representative will be accepted.

CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION

• New Admissions are taken into the school, in the months of February. On the Basis of Interaction and availability of seats. Both parents are required to attend the interaction. The Interaction is communicated to the parents either through notice board or in writing
• For classes 1^st upwards, a counter signed Transfer certificate from the last school must be attached to the admission form. A date of birth certificate should be submitted at the time of registration.
• The date of birth of a student once entered shall not be changed.
• At the time of class XI ^th registration xerox copy of admit card of class X ^th (issued by Board) must be attached with registration form.
• Medical certificate regarding physical fitness of child his blood group, vision test, Dental checkup Vaccination states etc. are compulsory.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS DURING ADMISSION

• Counter signed Transfer certificate.
• Xerox copy of previous class marksheet.
• Xerox copy of parents and students ID (Adhar card) .
• Xerox copy of birth certificate (for class 1 ^st only).
• Certificate of OBC/ST/SC must be attached at the time of admission.
